Is DNA in the ASX200? If not, a capital management announcement will probably eventuate in a increase in the share price as the stock will just come on a lot more peoples/analysts radar if it suddenly pays a 5% div), which in turn would likely result in admission to the ASX200 a quarter or two later which will probably push the stock higher again. All speculation of course but it seems inevitable that the board have to do something with the cash (dividend/buy back/ pay off debt/acquisition)....and a dividend is probably the most price supporting idea...but as the top 5 share holders own 70% of the company they may prefer a buy back to mop up all the smaller shareholders.

Ignoring all that it seems to be 1. a good business, 2. generating good cashflow and 3. generating good growth. Its not often all three align.
