    I won't be surprised he has 100s of million liquidity or asset in Singapore. He sold the casino for 240mil USD cash and collected management fees. On top of that he has so many project in Poipet alone. That's on top of his power base in Thailand.

    It is customary for ultra wealthy in South East to have a big stash in Singapore just in case especially with unstable Thai politics. Incidentally, election is coming up.

    The question is really whether it has been frozen. My guess is no though I hope yes.
