That is a good thing. Knowing you have a genetic issue or predisposition to an issue helps either to correct it earlier on or do things to reduce the risks associated with it. However it must be implemented with strict privacy sharing of information as this information should never be used to disadvantage people for things like employment or insurance to name a few things. Additionally doing this should be voluntary and should only be authorized by the parents or the individual in question. Same goes for digital health records and other medical injections or procedures
