Neither TSX-V and ASX have been keep fully informed during this dispute! Why?

For the record, below is a copy of my email to Dan Weir. I did not receive a response. Now I know why!

Dear Dan,
Re: DNI-CGM JV Agreement

In the interests of all shareholders and informed SX markets in Canada and Australia, can you please advise:

1. Is the JV still operable? If not, why not?
2. Why hasn’t DNI made an SX update announcement re Point 1?
3. When will DNI make a SX announcement regarding an Extension of the JV Agreement?
4. If not, will DNI be making a full refund of monies raised under false pretences?

Legal Actions like this do not just happen. They are planned. Dan Weir and DNI have been planning this for weeks,
if not months!

So why were DNI and CGM shareholders kept in the dark?

Were Capital Raisings-both for CGM and DNI-undertaken with this knowledge?

So many questions to answer....

And this may explain the sell off yesterday afternoon! So CGM now have 7 days to remedy the default notice this will interesting to see what announcement comes out Monday! Not the best news we were waiting for.
