    Look at the evidence. The DFS is for a particular capacity. The planning permissions and DFS parameters will be aligned to this. To do otherwise would be contrary to everything that has been signalled. The aim is to continue to incrementally reduce risk, not increase it.

    All talk of increased capacity is coming from this forum, not from anywhere else.
