My bet is they're arranging all the funding pieces at the same time. If they only secure a potion of the funding from offtakers, they know they'll need the rest via a placement. So would they risk the SP falling back to 30c? I don't think so. My bet is they'll pounce on this opportunity.

A previous broker valuation based the equity raising on 25c (from memory) due to the SP being 30c. Now that we're up into the high 30s, Paul needs to act. If sentiment changes, the impact could be huge.

If they commit is issuing 200m shares (i.e. 1:1), then the numbers would be:

@ 30c = $60m
@ 25c = $50m

So a delay (and risk the SP could fall) may mean the difference of $10m. SP is at 38c, keep it there for another few days, call a TH and announce a capital raising.
