Yes, I think some promoting the krap out of this project may be on the cards to get some interest in areas that aren't scared of sovereign risk.
Personally I think we can run higher once the boxes are ticked and the market will know there will need to be money raised, but if its a no brainer,then in such instances the price goes up as people want in on a de-risked slam dunk.

We'll all look back and say coulda shoulda, but overall I'd rather be in for the pointy end of the deal.
As I've said before, exciting times. Time for some optimism as I still think Feb was the low for commodities in general.

There's no guarantees but all progressing so far and it IS JUST THAT GOOD that something will happen.
