I would be interested in people’s view on the fair value for DNK. Looking at the FEED presentation in January 2018, the NPV of Colluli Stage 1 is $242M (after finance). Given the Market Cap of DNK is ~$200M, is this comparison therefore saying that the current Market Cap is about right? Or am I missing something in trying to compare the two figures? Any advice would be appreciated!

Also, Colluli Stage 2/3 has an NPV of $439M, so about 2.5 times current Market Cap.
