Agree with you Hottin although i don't think potential dividend yields are going to be the reason institutions want to own this stock initially as dividends are almost 10 years away at best. Once it becomes a dividend stock it will attract a different demographic of investors but that is going to be an excellent problem to have. The London angle is that these investors typically have a better appreciation and appetite for the sovereign risk of the region, there are comparable peers like sirius which has enjoyed a tremendous run and generally there are deeper, more liquid pools of capital available.
