I only made the comment, the SBB was the brain child of Welker and for whatever reason, I don't know and I guess we will never know.
IMO, a SBB for a Company the size of X64 is meaningless because it depletes the cash reserves?
Q. Have you noticed any capital growth with a shrinking number of issued shares???
Give me a dividend any day as a reward for shareholders - that is real money in the hands of shareholders.
Also, what happens when the Company says it wants to grow either by acquiring assets or organic growth which incidentally still requires funding? It can either borrow or issue more shares, right.
See how ironic it is, with a SBB you deplete your cash and reduce shares and when you want to grow, you need money and you do it by either borrowing or a fund raising meaning issuing new shares??
We are just speculating what management's true motives are.
I am in no way disrespectful in people's views and I am only expressing my opinion from what little I know.
