Yes I was thinking that as well. Maybe they have identified another takeover target and need to raise more capital for the takeover and the new boat. I thought it strange as well that NMS would make such an announcement without stating how they will raise the capital and why but my gut feeling is, like I said, another takeover is in the wind but Christian Lange cannot exactly state this at this time. Hopefully another announcement soon but why are people leaving the stock, that I cannot understand.
