Women got breasts for a reason, and it ain't to please the lord lol. I think we've 'technologised' away many basic human traits. If you could replace your meals scientifically using a powdered version of everything, would you do it? It would save you time, and time is money, so let's assume it's a net benefit. But psychologically, would you want that? Most mothers CAN breastfeed. There's a reason why mothers have enlarged breasts after their child is born. I have no scientific knowledge of this, but I can see how a mother who breastfeeds her child will give the child a greater sense of comfort, security, and nutritional need. The baby practically is made from the mother, hence the colostrum and then the milk are genetically and nutritionally optimised for the child, something no one-size-fits-all baby powder formula can produce.
