OK thanks for the advice. So in summary GDO probably cant be buying on market between now and the ex date. Despite the fact that they are issuing themselves enough shares to own the company anyway the 55c offer will probably still stand barring a major shareholder backlash. Not really any need for Baiyin to raise the offer as they seem to have arranged to be given enough shares anyway.
I will hold until 55c is available..maybe I will buy some at 50c..risk doesn't seem too great
