Just to say that I have been here as well for more than 5 minutes.

Regarding the 75 days part of the latest important announcement:

(i) We have not been given the full agreement.
(ii) It may contain elements giving DAF more than 75 days on the basis of "mutual agreement".
(iii) I would expect by now that the board came clean. Tell the shareholders the 'true situation'.

The people who run this company are generally capable.

However, they are starting to loose sight of all the stakeholders interests.

As A director, I would expect that the best interests of the shareholders and stakeholders should be engaged rather than a continuation of keeping a pulse going for DAF. Just because the company is listed and the company acts like a good shell does not make it good for an investing community to get excited.
