LC, the patency issue is really a non issue. Regardless of whether the product in use has a patent or not, it has been chosen to be used.
Again BQT does have a part albeit a small part in what one would think is going to be rather and revolutionary part in the finance industry.
One would also think that such a concept would have too much signficance for ot not to proceed because of some detractors.
Plainly if you continue to question the validlity of the process, you are mssing the point very badly.
