I'm not a BYL shareholder my self but just out of curiosity, looking at the shareholder activity on my commsec account, it seems to be 97% of the shares are owned by the following:

16-04-08 Perpetual Limited 9.00 10.16 1,276,774
16-04-08 Brierty, Kylie Ann 17.50 19.90 2,650,000
16-04-08 Brierty, Alan Robert 17.50 19.90 2,650,000
05-12-07 Brierty Limited -- 46.82 --

Doing the maths here (10.16+19.90+19.90+46.82) = 96.78%

There haven't been any recent shareholder selling activity mentioned.

Am i missing something here?
