Do ex-shareholders of Panoramic Resources hold a mining lease?

    So I am an ex-shareholder of Panoramic Resources.
    I don't understand how I own absolutely nothing from its buyout by Zeta Resources.
    I thought I would at least have a part ownership of a mining lease until someone decides to mine it again

    Can anyone help out?
