Set up an Alert around the $4 mark for a buy at $2.50- Does BLA...

Set up an Alert around the $4 mark for a buy at $2.50- Does BLA worth around this value??? I think its abit early to buy (fearing it may break the $2 mark) but it may hold around this value for a few weeks while the management & board room gets itself inorder. Also the business model as "sold" to share holders needs closer scrutiny for a simple and more practical sound business model..one that works within current regulatory frame works......and we will then see if it turns into a bear or a bull.
We need a new generation of senior analysts to replace the current juniors...especially those with market and institutional memory.
