Croesus1 haven't you used the argument previously that the NBN would open up extra competition for Telstra?
Telstra can promote wireless as much as they like with the provision that Telstra does not use targeted campaigns to undermine the NBN.
It does not stop Telstra from promoting their wireless offerings.
Read the document again because it appears that you have trouble comprehending.
