majority holder on board in the form of Merryl/Bank of America although some of these majority holders seem to be stock lenders more than long term holders....may explain some of the volumes???? In any case nufarm is historically dirt cheap so $4 is more than acheivable once finance is sorted mid-sept.....
personally i think all the bad news is out there and it's uphill from here....either japanese/chinese takeover or just trade themselves through this tough patch.....
