People sell for all kinds of reasons. The fact that this supply is being absorbed is a good sign.
Vtx was sold down from 1.9c to 1.1c a couple weeks before Aquisition announcement and then it ran to 8c. Like iv said before you can't pay too much attention to what the sp does day to day.
