Do I, (and does my company) REALLY own my (its) PM shares?

I've made a series of purchases of ("last man standing") PM shares, which has not been my regular deal for some 40 years at least.
I've purchased through a bank and have the share certificates in my name and the co's name from the Australian Investment Exchange Limited.
My question: Are these shares possibly subject to re-hypothecation in this manipulated environment?
