i feel it is a win-win situation. the traders will hopefully now wait in anticipation of good news, but if it is mediocre, at least the pain will be minimal next week.

i feel sorry for the poms, as they seem to always seem to get caught out with our trading halts. however, a strong night in london will give me some confidence, since they should be wiser now, having taken a caning recently when we have had trading halts.
