RSS true to form are having another trading halt on a day which is shaping up to be a big down day.
Do management hold on to announcements in anticipation of these type of days, strange that a drilling annoucement or Texas announcement would come out today. Past history shows them as calling similiar halts on this type of day/timing.
If I wasn't so cynical I would think they ar playing us or protecting the share price they work so hard on to controlling
Announcement had better be more than the tea lady knocked over the pot (past announcements accounted for not much more)
