Good question.
@$20/lb this Molybdenum resource is capable of selling for $300M. Hanlong can buy this outright for $100m(30c) closer to the time of the iron ore running out when the share price is most vulnerable. With Mo trading at $14-15lb and world supply increasing there's no immediate price rebound predicted so the sit and strangle begins.
