'Interesting' from a compliance viewpoint, and who was in charge of risk and compliance during that period, didn't stand for re-election. Just more factors to consider when trying to determine what is at play with ADO and how they are going to achieve the outcome that they (stakeholders) desire, and not necessarily to shareholder interests, but thanks for drawing this to my attention it goes some way to completing the bigger picture.
