A 1 for 10 share consolidation giving us @ 300 million shares and a share price of 100 cents.
Then issue another 100 million shares @ 80 cents (but this time to all shareholders).
This will give us another 80 million dollars in the kitty.
Total shares now @ 400 million at 80 = 320 million MC (100 million cash)
As a sweetener and future fund raiser issue 1 option for every 2 shares in the CR with a trigger price of 1.60 expiring 2020.
I know I would take that offer up.
