    I do not think they are too fussed if SPP goes through, they have enough cash and loan facility and do not have any acquisitions lined up. I still do not understand what the purpose of the placement was for, if no acquisition in the pipeline.

    There is no flow of results hence the current share price, been a issue with SEA since the sale of South Antelope.
