Can't argue with 70% seems pretty good strategy.

One point that leaves me wary however is;

'Know my exit before I enter'

This seems to go against what we are all trying to do ie. let your winners ride and cut your losers fast.
I used to trade this way but if you find yourself in a bull sector (say gold last 24 mths) can cause untold pain and a few good winners negates overtrading.

I prefer a floating stop and sell on stop.
