I hate to break it to the trans nazis but you CANNOT change your sex/gender! The only way you could is if you could get new genes. All women have XX chromosomes and all men have XY chromosomes. It makes no difference how many operations you have or how many drugs you take. Neither changes your sex. Dean Laidley is a man and always will be.
