The little things matter. Like the last paragraph pg 2. It's a big deal and TB has not only gotten them (SWD facilities) included but also a right to use existing facilities at a known cost. In other words, achieving lower LOE!
Why are the SWD facilities a big deal? Take a look at historical water production for some of these wells. As an example, OAS Crusch 22X-3 well in (you guessed it, Roosevelt county, and it may even be on Fort Peck?) Montana, that is producing from the Ratcliffe and is currently shut-in. Fits the profile given by SSN for acquisition.

Total oil production before shut-in was approx 118MBO and total water produced 819MBW.
