Yes.
Peak in the temperature graph in the late 90's coincides with the El Ninio effect. Since then we have a decline.
The total uptrend with all the ups and downs since the late Ice Age also appears to be natural (not done by aliens.. lol) - check Milankovich Cycles on that matter.
