I believe Beton2 told us the reason why it may not be a good idea to rush into every overseas proposition that comes along? it has something to do with the fact that concrete varies quite a bit throughout the world, different sands different cement, different aggregates, different temperatures etc?

I think the last thing that EDE would want is to have a catastrophic failure in one of those overseas locations simply because the concrete mixture was different or perhaps that it wasn't mixed in the right fashion? one large failure and EDE would be toast if that happened IMHO. that's why they need good engineers on the ground to test their product and under all conditions and working in only one area at a time, instead of spreading their expertise too thinly over a great deal more locations!

By the way some newsagents do sell fruit and veges and meat and grog and petrol in some country locations.
