I agree with what you say moosey, I think that's how it went in Korea... I think they felt that they could get better results than the initial tests provided, so they went back to the lab and are optimising for the components there.
But it doesn't excuse not replying at all. They should have replied with essentially what you're saying... something to the effect of "thanks for your interest, we are working through testing our product in a variety of environments and would love to be in contact when we're ready to explore using EdenCrete in the Phillipines". Customer service and all that.
