It has been slightly disappointed seeing the SP for both vrlpa vrl stay steady. On the other hand a 9 cent divy with no drop in the SP is a bonus.. So a majority of us should sitting on a nice divvy profit..
Village will probably aquire the preferance shares.. by now the fundamentals for the shares should have increased, due to fewer shares on the market...
If village propose a take over then given the pref shars get an extra 3 cents divy. Then on a pe of 14 the pref As are worth 30 to 42 cents more.. so nothing less than 210 cents should be taken, given vrl is 1.80...

ps. was in sydney last week and manage to check out village aquirium and widelife.. they are really well maintained and excellent tours.. I love the dugons..
As for the sdyney tower.. that is terrible... becuase they are renovating... the presentation down stairs is appalling..
The bonus about village is they employ allot of overseas travellers on cheap labour.. so the running cost of these places are cheap... the down side is.. many people that work there are unsatisfied with their job... In my opinion if you pay a little more and look after the workers you get that back in profits and well maintained.. parkes and workplaces...
overall I am happy with the state of the tours and parkes they have..
