    My only question about this whole buyback is that If village are so vastly
    undervalued, why have the institutions so freely
    Been selling their shares at 1.80. I understand that it's a good chance to get out of an illiquid stock, but if the instituions thought that the kirby's would be willing to pay more in the foreseeable future, why would they be selling now?

    Thoughts?
