The 14,000 barrels per day timeline is 2015!
The PFS has to be completed, finance found, project designed, project tendered and then project built!
You note "in 12 to 18 months we will be super close to 14,000 bopd" - wrong ....
In thhe interim the MOU notes that SYS also has to raise a MINIMUM OF 15%.
Bet you don't know how much money that is to build this facility....
I don't mind ramoping but please get the facts right.
