Agree that Patersons are writing what they are told from DFM i.e. what anyone can see from the prospectus / company materials.
To be honest I think these questions are important to be asking and if the company provides satisfactory answers then it strengthens the case to invest. If an information gap is keeping the price down nothing wrong with questioning management in my view.
I too am confused about the gaps in management's CVs and would be interested in finding out more information, particularly since for international companies it's much more difficult to obtain this kind of information than for Australian companies and we can't see the assets etc. Therefore I think international companies listed here would benefit greatly from being proactive with providing investors with sufficient background information.
