I happen to speak mandarin and just checked the Chinese search engine baidu - there are references to cai hongwei (蔡宏伟) and Ganzhou Chinese Modern Agriculture (赣州华夏现代农业科技有限公司). The problem though is I couldn't find anything dated prior to the IPO of DFM. If any Chinese speakers find any interesting references to the operating company pre-IPO please post links.
