As to director qualifications,if you accept the past 5 years growth and profitability IMHO any doubt disappears. Although the youthfulness of the Chairman may disturb a few .he does follow on his fathers footsteps who was instrumental in the early stages.

Did the Analyst validate the many Rights to Farm (similar to a lease) by obtaining a translation of the Chinese documents? I can show you the Sydney Harbour Bridge, but it doesn't mean I own it.
