Sad thing about this type of spruiking is that people build up businesses that have to pay overheads, like rent , wages, equipment etc etc and then they have to keep propogating this kind of crap to fund this. Motives become intertwined with truth and the need to make money. Sounds like a good old buy a share tip sheet not unlike the birthday offer on my computer just landed from a property spruiker who has the same conflicting motives.
