There has been virtually no growth in Aussie property as a whole for several years let alone the 7 to 10% growth expected by many,,,
Perhaps a better phrase would be "but it hasn't happened yet".
Personally I don't see 40% loses across the board being a reality but 10 to maybe 20% quite possible...
