The point is, why would anyone listen to a stock tip sheet spruiker professsing on the housing market when he can't even get his own hunting ground in order...very relevant, as he has harped on about housing doom for 4 years..and hasn't/ isn't/ and won't be right.
Do you think he might have an agenda to do so? Just a small one eh.
