You cannot make someone pay attention to something that he or she does not want to notice.
I find it amusing, to say the least.
When the bears put up a post about property spruikers, there are numerous outbursts, condemning the property industry for spruiking their product.
But then they counteract it, with promoting stock market spruikers, and find they are a reliable source of information, regarding the property market.
There appears to be no correlation in the bears mind, that the stock spruikers are also spruiking their product.?
It makes sense to anyone standing back, looking at the bigger picture, to see the reason why the stock spruikers, hate the property market.
Just imagine if the stock spruikers could get access to all that money going into property, instead of having to obtain only the left over, after the punters have put most of their money into property.
The stock spruiker would adore you forever, if they could access you borrowing $500k to play on the stock market, instead of putting it into property.
But the banks do not consider the stock market a reliable source of equity...thats why they do margin lending, at higher rates, and lower LVR's for stocks.
You guys are not only funny, and hilarious, but you also seem excited about the option to free fall over the inevitable cliff, along the path that the wolves have led you on.
There are forum posters here, that hold property and shares, with a good understanding of both markets. Those posters are not considered as bears, for this argument, or debate. They are sensible people. cheers
