Sadly you have no credibility here. No points of view can be held to be credible on this forum when you post stuff from a guy , not mentioning who it is btw , knowing it lacked credibility and knowing we would shoot it down in flames, thinking that property investors are not exposed to the sharemarket and could not figure out who you were referring to.
Most of your posts, and many other bears are just an extension of his newsletter. Might be time for you to renew you subscription so you can pick the next bargain in the penny dreadful sector.
