Stuns me how these so called experts still have to rent. If he was so smart how come he never saw the real estate boom coming? How come he never capitalised on it? How come a lot of the bombed recommendations on stock bombed? The days of them lining a share up and it causing the market to react have gone - things must tight. Whoever "this guy" may be!
A fellow telling me to buy a stock sheet and still rents just does not sit well , no matter how smart.
