hmmm.... sounds like morning money or whoever it is, is absolutely desperate....
all his followers have lost a small fortune, or the $500 some put in to become millionaires within 3-5 years
those guys hate property....
just imagine if they could get their disciples to borrow $400,000 or whatever to invest in shares....
instead of putting it into a roof over their heads, or worse still property investments
they must cry when they see the amounts put into housing instead of stocks
It might be a record on this forum, but the disciples that follow that group, and sprout the story of 'please please do not invest in housing'.....end up leaving this forum...
I wonder why, is it because they have done their money on stocks, made huge losses....then disappear from the property forum..
geez, talk about being desperate ! they take the cake
