AED has gained almosot 20% on this announcement which is no where as good as the HDr ann. on Uganda.
So isn't it clear the the market is discounting the HDR Share price based on Sovereign risk?
also some one mentioned that Potter said share price would be rerated once Chinguetti would come on stream, well I bet he didn't anticipate the dispute with the Mauritanian Gov.
Yes i'm disappointed with HDR's performance but I only blame the difficulty of where they are exploring and hoping with time the sovegeign risk won't affect us.
