    so a higher US dollar (and therefore a comparatively weaker $A) will benefit WSA then.

    Why then is this article saying that there's an inverse relationship between $USD and commodity prices

    (which would seem to accord to the postulate that $A is linked to commodity prices ie. AUD rises if commodity prices rise).

    Perhaps impact of the 3 Fed interest hikes won't be material anyway. St George is forecasting $1 A ~ $0.75 USD at end of 2017 (vs $0.76 currently).
