I'm far from convinced that mgt should be patting themselves on the back right now. They have set themselves up for a takeover. Languishing share price while running after instos, diluted share value, raising cash which seems to be idle.
No doubt they'll fight the takeover for many reasons.
If they are successful fighting the takeover what happens next? The shares slide back and status quo prevails?
The space they occupy is outstanding however change might be for the better.
Don't hold ASL or MAH.
